Hey Maurice,
Hope you get a chance to play here in Chicago sometime soon. Although you probably won't recall, I was playing bass with Curtis Robinson at this place called Larry's around 145th and Halstad and you used to come around and sit in!! you were probably 16 or something! Good to see some Chicago talent out there doing it! I was justin NOLA a few weeks ago playing a concert w/this tango quartet, got a brief chance to see some music--I hope you've recovered mentally and emotionally from Katrina. That town's got to survive since it's the well from which all of American music has come!
